Terms of use
Dash is a personal project by Kelvin Chang, not a company. These terms are short because the service is small.
What Dash does
Dash reads health data from providers you connect, such as WHOOP and Oura, and displays it back to you on a web page. It does not interpret, diagnose, or advise.
Not medical advice
The numbers Dash shows come from consumer wearables and are displayed as-is. They are not medical measurements, Dash is not a medical device, and nothing here should be used to make a health decision. Talk to a doctor for that.
Provided as-is
Dash comes with no warranty and no guarantee of uptime or accuracy. It depends on other companies' APIs, which can change or go down without notice. It may be changed or discontinued at any time. Do not depend on it for anything important.
Your provider accounts
You need your own WHOOP or Oura account, and your agreement with them still governs your relationship with them. Dash only ever reads the data you authorise, and you can revoke that access from inside their apps or from your Dash dashboard at any time.
Fair use
Do not use Dash to access anyone's data but your own, and do not try to break, overload, or reverse the service. Access can be withdrawn if you do.
Your data
The privacy page covers what is stored and why. Disconnecting a provider deletes its tokens and cached numbers.
Changes
These terms may change. Continuing to use Dash after a change means you accept it.
